Discontinued Operations	B. DISCONTINUED OPERATIONS On September 30, 2014, we announced a plan to spin off 100 percent of our Installation and Other Services businesses into an independent, publicly-traded company (to be named TopBuild Corp.) through a tax-free distribution of the stock of TopBuild Corp. to our shareholders. The transaction is expected to be completed in mid-2015. For the three months ended March 31, 2015, we have incurred $4 million of costs and charges related to this transaction. Under generally accepted accounting principles, the Installation and Other Services businesses are included in continuing operations until the transaction is completed.
