Severance Costs	SEVERANCE COSTS We recorded charges related to severance of $2 million and $4 million for the three-month and six-month periods ended June 30, 2016, respectively, and $1 million and $7 million for the three-month and six-month periods ended June 30, 2015, respectively. Such 2016 charges are reflected in the condensed consolidated statements of operations in cost of sales and selling, general and administrative expenses, while 2015 charges are principally reflected in selling, general and administrative expenses.

SEVERANCE COSTS
