INSURANCE SETTLEMENT	U. INSURANCE SETTLEMENT During the third quarter of 2023, we received an insurance settlement payment in our Decorative Architectural Products segment related to lost sales resulting from a weather event that occurred in Texas in 2021 which impacted the operations of a resin supplier and interrupted our ability to manufacture certain paints and other coating products. The insurance settlement payment increased gross profit and operating profit by $40 million for the year ended December 31, 2023.
