INCOME TAXES	J. INCOME TAXES Our effective tax rate was 22 percent and 21 percent for the three months ended March 31, 2025 and 2024, respectively. Our effective tax rate for the three months ended March 31, 2025 and 2024 was impacted by $9 million and $16 million of income tax benefits, respectively. For both periods, the income tax benefits primarily resulted from a reduction in the liability for uncertain tax positions resulting from the expiration of statutes of limitations and stock-based compensation.
