Commitments and Contingencies	9.  Commitments and Contingencies The Company is currently involved with certain environmental remediation projects related to activities at former manufacturing operations of Earle M. Jorgensen Company (“EMJ”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, that were sold many years prior to the Company’s acquisition of EMJ in 2006. Although the potential cleanup costs could be significant, EMJ had insurance policies in place at the time they owned the manufacturing operations that are expected to cover the majority of the related costs. The Company does not expect that these obligations will have a material adverse impact on its financial position, results of operations or cash flows.
