I hereby consent to (i) being named in the Prospectus as a “Qualified Person”, within the meaning of National Instrument 43-101 – Standards of Disclosure for Mineral Projects, who has reviewed and approved the geological and exploration content of the Corporation’s disclosure of scientific and technical information in the Prospectus (collectively, the “Technical Information”), and (ii) the use of the Technical Information in connection with the Prospectus and the Registration Statement and to the inclusion of information derived from the Technical Information in the Prospectus and the Registration Statement.
