Operating Leases

We lease real estate and equipment used in operations from third parties. As of December 31, 2022, the remaining term of our operating leases ranged from 1 to 17 years with various automatic extensions.
The following table outlines the maturity of our existing operating lease liabilities on a fiscal year-end basis as of December 31, 2022.

As of December 31, 2022, the Company has entered into operating leases for additional office space that have not yet commenced for approximately $142.4 million. These operating leases will commence between fiscal year 2023 and fiscal year 2024 with lease terms of 5 years to 16 years.
