Accumulated other comprehensive (loss) is comprised of Foreign currency translation adjustments of $(19,883) and $(28,554) for the three months ended September 30, 2023 and 2022, respectively, and $(16,909) and $(50,863) for the six months ended September 30, 2023 and 2022, respectively.
