The Company has historically provided financial advisory services to its affiliates and certain other related parties, and received fees for these services totaling approximately $9,044, $284, and $0 during the years ended March 31, 2024, 2023, and 2022, respectively. Accounts receivable and Unbilled work in progress in the accompanying Consolidated Balance Sheets include amounts pertaining to these services of $37 and $7,191, respectively, as of March 31, 2024.

Other assets in the accompanying Consolidated Balance Sheets includes loans receivable from certain employees of $32,937 and $28,869 as of March 31, 2024 and 2023, respectively.
