RELATED PARTY TRANSACTIONS Related Party Transactions
The Company provides financial advisory services to certain related parties, and received fees for these services totaling approximately $6,686 and $8,223 for the three and nine months ended December 31, 2023, respectively. Accounts receivable and Unbilled work in progress in the accompanying Consolidated Balance Sheets include amounts pertaining to these services of $422 and $6,554 as of December 31, 2023, respectively.
Other assets in the accompanying Consolidated Balance Sheets includes loans receivable from certain employees of $29,522 and $28,869 as of December 31, 2023 and March 31, 2023, respectively.
