Subsequent Events	20. SUBSEQUENT EVENTS The Company has evaluated known recognized and non-recognized subsequent events. In October 2019, Typhoon Hagibis made landfall in Japan. Additionally, wildfires are currently impacting California. Due to the recentness of these events, the Company is unable to estimate the amount of losses at this time. However, the Company anticipates that the losses from these events will adversely impact fourth quarter 2019 financial statements.
