GENERAL	GENERAL Everest Group, Ltd. (“Group”), a Bermuda company, through its subsidiaries, principally provides reinsurance and insurance in the U.S., Bermuda and other international markets. As used in this document, “Company” means Group and its subsidiaries. Effective July 10, 2023, the Company changed Group’s name to Everest Group, Ltd. from Everest Re Group, Ltd. to reflect the evolution, global growth and diversification strategy of the Company.
