The per-share fair value of the restricted stock awards was $369.518 and $367.040, respectively. Additionally, 18,713 performance share units awards were granted on February 28, 2024, with a fair value of $369.518 per unit. For the three months ended March 31, 2023, a total of 174,171 restricted stock awards were granted on February 23, 2023 with a fair value of $382.385 per share. Additionally, 14,975 performance share unit awards were granted on February 23, 2023, with a fair value of $382.385 per unit.
