Upon the Company's determination that the Performance Goal (50% appreciation in share price in JLL common stock over the Grant Price during the Performance Period which runs through December 31, 2024) has been attained and subject to a minimum of one (1) year having lapsed from the Grant Date (the &quot;Initial Vesting Date&quot;), 50% of the Performance Share Units will vest.  An additional 25% of the Performance Share Units will vest on the first anniversary of the Initial Vesting Date.
