Employee Benefit Plan	Employee Benefit PlanThe Company sponsors a 401(k) savings plan. All U.S. employees are eligible to participate in the 401(k) plan after meeting certain eligibility requirements. Participants may elect to have a portion of their salary deferred and contributed to the 401(k) plan up to the limit allowed by applicable income tax regulations. The Company matched a portion of employee contributions to the 401(k) plan totaling $2.1 million, $2.1 million, and $1.3 million for the fiscal years ended March 31, 2023, 2022 and 2021, respectively. Both employee contributions and the Company’s matching contributions are fully vested upon contribution.
