Subsequent Events	Note 15: Subsequent Events On April 3, 2013, WMIHC received $2.0 million in cash from WMMRC which prior to its transfer was restricted as described in Note 13: Restriction on Distribution of Assets from Subsidiary. This cash was transferred to WMIHC as restricted cash upon approval for distribution by the Insurance Commissioner of the State of Hawaii. The restricted cash will be used to pay principal and interest on the Runoff Notes in accordance with the Indentures.
