Rent and Other Receivables	Note 4. Rent and Other Receivables         Included in rent and other receivables, net is an allowance for doubtful accounts of $0.8 million and $1.2 million, as of March 31, 2014 and December 31, 2013, respectively. Also included in rent and other receivables, net are receivables related to rescinded properties of approximately $2.4 million and $1.3 million, as of March 31, 2014 and December 31, 2013, respectively.
