As of September 30, 2022 and December 31, 2021, affiliates owned approximately 12.9% and 13.5%, respectively, of the Company’s outstanding Class A common shares. On a fully-diluted basis, affiliates held (including consideration of 635,075 Class B common shares and 50,622,165 Class A units as of September 30, 2022 and December 31, 2021) an approximate 23.9% and 24.8% interest as of September 30, 2022 and December 31, 2021, respectively.

As of September 30, 2022 and December 31, 2021, the Operating Partnership had a receivable from affiliates of $25.7 million related to the asset-backed securitization certificates held by AH4R, which was included in amounts due from affiliates on the Operating Partnership’s condensed consolidated balance sheets.
