Commitment Letters contain a commitment for the provision of a US$2,250 million financing and a US$500 million new revolving credit facility

the Debtors (the &ldquo;<U>Plan of Reorganization</U>&rdquo;) that has been approved and confirmed in their reorganization proceeding
