| Restructuring and other related costs | Restructuring and other related costs In January 2025, the Company implemented a restructuring initiative aimed at enhancing operational effectiveness and streamlining activities within its subsidiary located in Thailand. As a result of the restructuring, the Company incurred total charges of $1.3 million, which were primarily related to employee severance and other termination benefits. These severance-related charges reflect the costs associated with workforce reductions across various functions within the Thailand operations. The restructuring charges have been recognized in the condensed consolidated statements of operations within "Restructuring and other related charges" for the three months ended March 28, 2025. The Company recognizes severance-related charges depending on whether the termination benefits are provided under an ongoing benefit arrangement or under a one-time benefit arrangement. The Company recognizes the charges once the benefits have been communicated to employees. As of March 28, 2025, there was no restructuring liability balance. |
