Operating segments are defined as components of an enterprise that engage in business activities for which discrete financial information is available that is evaluated regularly by the chief operating decision maker (the “CODM”) in deciding how to allocate resources and in assessing performance. The Company’s CODM is Fabrinet’s Chief Executive Officer. As of March 28, 2025, the Company operated and internally managed a single operating segment. Accordingly, the Company does not accumulate discrete information with respect to separate product lines and does not have separate reportable segments.

Significant customers
The Company had four and three customers that each contributed to 10% or more of the Company's total trade accounts receivable as of March 28, 2025 and June 28, 2024, respectively.
During the nine months ended March 28, 2025 and March 29, 2024, the Company had two customers and three customers, respectively, that each contributed 10% or more of the Company's revenues. Such customers together accounted for 47.5% and 56.4% of the Company revenues during the respective periods.
