Urban Fagerstedt är genom det helägda bolaget Fagerstedt Finance AB aktieägare i Sunfloro AB som är den röstmässigt störste ägaren i Fingerprint Cards AB. De aktier som Sunfloro äger i Fingerprint Cards är av serie A och inte upptagna till handel på marknaden, dvs. det är onoterade aktier. Fagerstedt Finance har sålt samtliga sina aktier i Sunfloro. I Sunfloro finns ett aktieägaravtal som reglerar aktieägandet i Sunfloro. I och med försäljningen av Fagerstedt Finance aktier har aktieägaravtalet upphört att gälla.
