Related Party Transactions Disclosure [Text Block]	NOTE 13 – RELATED PARTY TRANSACTIONS At December 31, 2023 and December 31, 2022, certain long-term debt is considered a related party liability as holders, including Prairie Tech, are current employees of the Company. As of December 31, 2023 and December 31, 2022, the outstanding balances of this debt were $-0- and $103,333 respectively.
