During the six months ended June 30, 2026, the Company made cash contributions totaling $7 million to its international pension plans. In 2026, the Company expects to make total cash contributions of approximately $22 million to these plans. The Company funds annually, at a minimum, the statutorily required minimum amount for its qualified plans. Non-qualified plans are unfunded and we pay benefits from our cash on hand. Future contributions will depend on market conditions, interest rates and other factors.
