EXPLANATORY NOTE

This Report of Foreign Private Issuer on Form 6-K/A (this “Amended Report”) is furnished to amend the Report of Foreign Private Issuer furnished to the Securities and Exchange Commission on November 13, 2017 under the title “Grupo Aeroportuario del Pacífico Pays the Second Portion of the Dividend Approved at the April 25, 2017 Shareholders’ Meeting” (the “Original Report”). As a clerical error, the Original Report was incorrectly furnished with previously furnished content; the Amended Report amends and replaces the Original Report in its entirety to reflect the correct content.

 

 

 

 

 

GRUPO AEROPORTUARIO DEL PACIFICO ANNOUNCES

ISSUANCE OF BOND CERTIFICATES FOR Ps. 2.3 BILLION

 

Guadalajara, Jalisco, Mexico, November 9, 2017 - Grupo Aeroportuario del Pacífico, S.A.B. de C.V., (NYSE: PAC; BMV: GAP) (“the Company” or “GAP”) announced today that it successfully completed the issuance of 23 million long-term bond certificates in Mexico (Certificados Bursátiles) at a nominal value of Ps. 100 each, for a total value of Ps. 2.3 billion.

 

The bond certificates were issued in accordance with the following terms:

 

·         23 million bond certificates were issued under the ticker symbol “GAP17-2”, at a nominal value of Ps. 100 (one hundred pesos 00/100 M.N.) each, for a total of Ps. 2.3 billion (two point three billion pesos 00/100 M.N.), interest will be payable every 28 days at a variable rate of TIIE-28 plus 44 basis points. The maturity of these bond certificates will be 5 years, and the principal payment will be made upon maturity, on November 3, 2022.

 

Proceeds from the issuance will be allocated to finance the investments set forth in the Company’s Master Development Program for the remainder of 2017, 2018 and 2019. This issuance was oversubscribed by over 2.0 times.

 

With this issuance, the Company reaches a total amount of Ps. 9.0 billion long-term bond certificates, issued on the Mexican capital markets and concludes the 5-year program authorized by the Mexican Banking and Securities Commission (Comisión Nacional Bancaria y de Valores).

(GAP) operates 12 airports throughout Mexico’s Pacific region, including the major cities of Guadalajara and Tijuana, the four tourist destinations of Puerto Vallarta, Los Cabos, La Paz and Manzanillo, and six other mid-sized cities: Hermosillo, Guanajuato, Morelia, Aguascalientes, Mexicali and Los Mochis.
