In healthcare markets, process-consulting becomes more and more important
within software implementations. Software modules addressing process
management have already been developed by NEXUS in previous years. Through
the acquisition of ASS.TEC GmbH - dated on October, 10th 2012 - NEXUS has
strengthen its position within this market. Process management and
SAP-Consulting will thus become an additional business of NEXUS / IT
activities. With the integration, NEXUS will employ about 30 employees
additionally and will use and their know-how as well as their established
customer relations to grow the business.
