shares its Voting Rights on NEXUS AG, Villingen-Schwenningen, Deutschland,
have fallen below the 10% threshold of the Voting Rights on May 28, 2014
and on that day amounted to 9.43% (this corresponds to 1424267 Voting
Rights).
9.43% of Voting Rights (this corresponds to 1424267 Voting Rights) are
attributed to the company in accordance with Article 22, Section 1,
