Accrued expenses consisted primarily of the Company’s provision for claimed indirect costs (approximately $311.6 million and $290.4 million as of December 31, 2022 and March 31, 2022, respectively), and the reserve associated with the U.S. Department of Justice's investigation of the Company ($124.0 million as of December 31, 2022).
