[1] During the six months ended September 30, 2023, the Company purchased 1.7 million shares of the Company’s Class A Common Stock for $180.1 million. Additionally, the Company repurchased shares for $13.2 million during the six months ended September 30, 2023 to cover the minimum statutory withholding taxes on restricted stock units that vested on various dates during the period.
[2] During the six months ended September 30, 2024, the Company purchased 2.1 million shares of the Company’s Class A Common Stock for $308.5 million. Additionally, the Company repurchased shares for $15.9 million during the six months ended September 30, 2024 to cover the minimum statutory taxes on repurchases and restricted stock units that vested on various dates during the period.
[3] During the three months ended September 30, 2024, the Company purchased 1.6 million shares of the Company’s Class A Common Stock for $230.2 million. Additionally, the Company repurchased shares for $4.2 million during the three months ended September 30, 2024 to cover the minimum statutory taxes on repurchases and restricted stock units that vested on various dates during the period.
