Basis of Presentation	1. Basis of Presentation The interim consolidated financial statements included herein have been prepared by RBC Bearings Incorporated, a Delaware corporation (collectively with its subsidiaries, the “Company”), without audit, pursuant to the rules and regulations of the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). The interim financial statements included with this report have been prepared on a consistent basis with the Company’s audited financial statements and notes thereto included in the Company’s Annual Report on Form 10-K for the fiscal year ended March 30, 2024 (our “Annual Report”). We condensed or omitted certain information and footnote disclosures normally included in our annual audited financial statements, which we prepared in accordance with U.S. Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP). As used in this report, the terms “we,” “us,” “our,” “RBC” and the “Company” mean RBC Bearings Incorporated and its subsidiaries, unless the context indicates another meaning. These financial statements reflect all adjustments, accruals, and estimates, consisting only of items of a normal recurring nature, that are, in the opinion of management, necessary for the fair presentation of the consolidated financial condition and consolidated results of operations for the interim periods presented. These financial statements should be read in conjunction with the Company’s audited financial statements and notes thereto included in our Annual Report. The results of operations for the three- and nine-month periods ended December 28, 2024 are not necessarily indicative of the operating results for the entire fiscal year ending March 29, 2025. The three-month periods ended December 28, 2024 and December 30, 2023 each included 13 weeks. The nine-month periods ended December 28, 2024 and December 30, 2023 each included 39 weeks. All dollar amounts contained in these financial statements and footnotes are stated in millions, except for per share data.
