"Repurchases of common stock" in the Consolidated Statements of Cash Flows for the twelve months ended November 30, 2024 and 2023 excludes amounts related to excise tax that when accrued are recorded in "Other current liabilities" and "Treasury stock" on the Consolidated Balance Sheets. Excise taxes paid are classified as operating activities in the Consolidated Statements of Cash Flows.
