Repurchase Program: During the nine months ended January 31, 2022, we did not repurchase any common shares under a repurchase plan authorized by the Board. During the nine months ended January 31, 2021, we repurchased 4.5 million common shares for $521.9 under our repurchase program. The remaining shares repurchased during the nine months ended January 31, 2022 and 2021, consisted of shares repurchased from stock plan recipients in lieu of cash payments. At January 31, 2022, approximately 7.8 million common shares remain available for repurchase pursuant to the Board’s authorizations.
