Impairment and Closure Costs	(15) Impairment and Closure Costs We recorded impairment and closure costs of $1.0 million, $0.6 million and $0.4 million for the years ended December 29, 2015, December 30, 2014 and December 31, 2013, respectively, related to goodwill and/or long-lived assets or costs associated with the closure of restaurants. Impairment and closure costs in 2015 included $1.0 million in closure costs associated with the relocation of two restaurants in the fourth quarter of 2015. Impairment and closure costs in 2014 included $0.6 million associated with the impairment of goodwill related to one restaurant.  The goodwill impairment charges in 2014 resulted from our annual testing which relies, in part, on the historical trends and anticipated future trends of operations of individual restaurants. Impairment and closure costs in 2013 included $0.2 million related to the write‑down of a building associated with one restaurant closed in 2009.  The remaining $0.2 million in expenses were ongoing closure costs associated with one restaurant that was closed in 2012 and one restaurant that was closed in 2009.
