Subsequent Event	Subsequent EventOn July 19, 2023, the Company entered into an asset purchase agreement (the “Purchase Agreement”) with Cadence Design Systems, Inc. (the “Purchaser”), pursuant to which the Company agreed to sell certain assets and the Purchaser agreed to assume certain liabilities from the Company, in each case with respect to the Company’s PHY IP business, for $110 million in cash, subject to certain adjustments and certain closing conditions (the “Transaction”). The Transaction is expected to close during the third quarter of 2023, assuming the satisfaction or waiver of the closing conditions set forth in the Purchase Agreement.

The entire disclosure for significant events or transactions that occurred after the balance sheet date through the date the financial statements were issued or the date the financial statements were available to be issued. Examples include: the sale of a capital stock issue, purchase of a business, settlement of litigation, catastrophic loss, significant foreign exchange rate changes, loans to insiders or affiliates, and transactions not in the ordinary course of business.
