Subsequent Events	12.    Subsequent Events Acquisitions On October 3, 2011, the Company acquired 100 percent of the outstanding membership units of Advanced Programs Group, LLC (APG), a provider of Oracle e-Business services in the federal market. The purchase consideration to acquire APG was approximately $66.0 million.
