ORGANIZATION	1. ORGANIZATION WESCO International, Inc. ("WESCO International") and its subsidiaries (collectively, “WESCO” or the "Company"), headquartered in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, is a full-line distributor of electrical, industrial and communications maintenance, repair and operating (MRO) and original equipment manufacturer (OEM) products, construction materials, and advanced supply chain management and logistics services used primarily in the industrial, construction, utility and commercial, institutional and government markets. WESCO serves approximately 75,000 active customers globally, through approximately 500 full service branches and ten distribution centers located primarily in the United States, Canada and Mexico, with operations in 14 additional countries.
