Subsequent Events [Text Block]	Subsequent Event On April 24, 2013, the Company entered into a Settlement Agreement with respect to litigation captioned Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank, et. al. v. Morgan Stanley & Co., Incorporated, et. al., brought by a group of plaintiffs, including the Company, related to the purchase of securities by the Company and others of Cheyne Finance LLC, a SIV security. In accordance with the Settlement Agreement, the Company is entitled to receive a cash settlement payment of approximately $43,000 after fees and expenses. This transaction will be reflected in the financial statements of the Company for the three months ended June 30, 2013.
