Stockholders' Equity STOCKHOLDERS' EQUITY:During the three months ended December 31, 2021 and January 1, 2021, the Company paid cash dividends of approximately $28.2 million and $27.9 million to its stockholders, respectively. On February 1, 2022, the Company's Board declared a $0.11 dividend per share of common stock, payable on March 2, 2022, to shareholders of record on the close of business on February 16, 2022.The Company has 100.0 million shares of preferred stock authorized, with a par value of $0.01 per share. At December 31, 2021 and October 1, 2021, zero shares of preferred stock were issued or outstanding.
