Stockholders' Equity STOCKHOLDERS' EQUITY:During the six months ended April 1, 2022 and April 2, 2021, the Company paid cash dividends of approximately $56.5 million and $55.9 million to its stockholders, respectively. On May 4, 2022, the Company's Board declared an $0.11 dividend per share of common stock, payable on June 1, 2022, to shareholders of record on the close of business on May 18, 2022.The Company has 100.0 million shares of preferred stock authorized, with a par value of $0.01 per share. At April 1, 2022 and October 1, 2021, zero shares of preferred stock were issued or outstanding.
