Overview - First Quarter 2019 • Net revenue growth was 13.0%, and organic growth of net revenue was 6.4% ◦ U.S. organic growth was 5.7% ◦ International organic growth was 7.7% • Operating income was $50.2 million, and adjusted EBITA was $103.6 million this year compared with $44.1 million a year ago • Adjusted EBITA margin was 5.2% compared with 2.5% a year ago • Diluted EPS was $(0.02), and was $0.11 as adjusted compared with $0.04 a year ago "Organic growth" refers exclusively to the organic change of net revenue. Adjusted EBITA is operating income adjusted for amortization of acquired intangibles and restructuring charges. Adjusted diluted EPS is adjusted for amortization of acquired intangibles, restructuring charges, and sales of businesses.
