The Company completed the sale of assets for a sale price of $8,607 and recorded a gain of $3,467 within the Company's consolidated statement of income as cost of services during the year ended December 31, 2022. In addition, the Company evaluated its long-lived assets and did not record an impairment charge for the fiscal years ended 2023, 2022, and 2021.
