Rule 10b5-1 Trading Plans
During the quarterly period ended December 31, 2023, certain of our directors and officers adopted or terminated trading plans, each of which was or is, as applicable, intended to satisfy the affirmative defense conditions of Rule 10b5-1(c) under the Exchange Act (the “Rule 10b5-1 Trading Arrangements”). Each Rule 10b5-1 Trading Arrangement was entered into or terminated, as applicable, during an open trading window under our Securities Trading Policy.
