Business Combination Disclosure [Text Block]	BUSINESS COMBINATION In December 2013, the Company acquired substantially all of the net assets of Texas Oilpatch Services Corporation, a Texas distributor of bearings, oil seals, power transmission products, and related replacement parts to the oilfield industry. The acquired business is included in the Service Center Based Distribution segment from December 31, 2013. The results of operations for this acquisition are not material for any period presented.
