| FAIR VALUE MEASUREMENTS | FAIR VALUE MEASUREMENTS Marketable securities measured at fair value at December 31, 2025 and June 30, 2025 totaled $28,400 and $25,628, respectively. The majority of these marketable securities are held in a rabbi trust for a non-qualified deferred compensation plan. The marketable securities are included in other assets on the accompanying condensed consolidated balance sheets and their fair values were determined using quoted market prices (Level 1 in the fair value hierarchy). In addition, the Company holds Corporate-Owned Life Insurance (COLI) policies on certain retired employees, which are valued at the cash surrender value of the policies (Level 3 in the fair value hierarchy). The fair value of the COLI policies totaled $21,078 and $20,817, at December 31, 2025 and June 30, 2025, respectively, and are included in other assets on the condensed consolidated balance sheets. As of December 31, 2025 and June 30, 2025, the Company had no fixed interest rate debt outstanding. The revolving credit facility and the AR Securitization Facility contain variable interest rates and their carrying values approximate fair value (Level 2 in the fair value hierarchy). The carrying value of our cash and cash equivalents, trade accounts receivable, and accounts payable, approximate fair value because of the short-term maturity of these financial instruments. |
