Income Tax Disclosure [Text Block]	15. Income Taxes The effective income tax rates for the six months ended June 30, 2020 and 2019 were 20.7% and 23.9%, respectively. The decrease in the effective tax rate in the current year is primarily the result of a discrete tax benefit related to equity compensation as well as the favorable mix of earnings in the jurisdictions where the Company operates.
