Gain on Disposal of Fixed Assets	Note 10. Gain on Disposal of Assets During the three months ended October 28, 2023, the Company recorded proceeds of $4.1 million primarily from the sale of a store property, resulting in a gain of $4.1 million that was recorded in gain on disposal of assets. During the nine months ended October 28, 2023, the Company recorded proceeds of $6.3 million primarily from the sale of two store properties, resulting in a gain of $6.0 million that was recorded in gain on disposal of assets.
