Subsequent Events	SUBSEQUENT EVENTS On April  24, 2013 we announced we have adopted a policy to declare non-cumulative quarterly dividends to holders of our Common Shares and that our Board of Directors has declared an initial dividend of $0.30 per share, payable on June 21, 2013, to the shareholders of record on May 31, 2013.
