SUBSEQUENT EVENT	SUBSEQUENT EVENT Cash Dividends As part of our quarterly, non-cumulative cash dividend program, we declared, on November 3, 2016, a dividend of $0.23 per Common Share. The record date for this dividend is December 2, 2016 and the payment date is December 22, 2016. Future declarations of dividends and the establishment of future record and payment dates are subject to the final determination and discretion of our Board of Directors.
