In accordance with the Securities Exchange Act of Korea, KT Corporation will no longer report director Mr. Sang-Hoon Lee`s holdings in KT Corporation, as his term as a director has expired on March 10, 2006. Instead, KT Corporation will disclose changes in number of shares held by the newly elected director Mr. Jong-Lok Yoon. Mr. Yoon held 2,129 common shares as of March 10, 2006.
