This Current Report on Form 6-K is being filed to be incorporated by reference into Registration Statement No. 333-100251 on Form F-3, effective December 27, 2002, relating to $1,210,050,000 0.25% Convertible Notes Due 2007.

KT Corp has adjusted its yearly guidance for 2006 during the 2006 3rd Quarter Preliminary conference call. Details are as follows:

Operating profit: above KRW 1.7 trillion (KRW 1.6 trillion before the adjustment)

Reasons for the adjustment: Reflecting 3rd quarter cumulative results and 4th quarter business environment
